As women, we share some common strengths... nurturing, organizing, networking, and listening. We have risen in our careers despite gender norms and family hurdles.
Communication is the one common thread through all of the areas in our lives. Are we realizing our full potential to communicate effectively? What are we unknowingly doing to sabotage ourselves? How can we better express our ideas to get what we want?
In this interactive 60 minute session, we will explore our individual strengths to leverage and learn a few simple tips to dramatically improve our communication.
Since 2005, Rita Gallaway Williams has provided training, consulting and coaching to individuals, groups and corporations.
